Number of people in the yard at any one time is restricted. This is being enforced by the Department of Agriculture.
No sellers or on-lookers are allowed in the sales-yard for any reason. This is being enforced by the Department of Agriculture.
How the sale will work.
Calf intake for Fridays sale 10.30am to 12 noon. Calves should be in the mart before 12 as viewing will be starting.
The calves will be available for viewing from 11.45am to 12.30pm and you can book your viewing slot below. (viewing is strictly by appointment only)
At 12.30 the calf sale will start online and ringside.
Weanling, cattle and cow intake for Friday sale 7am to 9.30am. No animals can be allowed into the mart after 9.30am as viewing will be starting.
These animals will be available for viewing from 11am to 12.45pm and you can book your viewing slot below. (viewing is strictly by appointment only)
Only 3-4 buyers at a time will be allowed to view the animals.
At 1pm the weanling, cattle and cow sale will start online and ringside.
The animals will be weighed and enter the sales-ring as usual. The auctioneer will then sell the animals to the highest bidder (online or ringside) and move through the lots as if it was a regular sale.
Any animals bought can be collected from the time of purchase up until 3 hours after the sale. Any animals that are unsold can be collected up to 3 hours after the sale. No animals can be left overnight in the sales-yard.
